As we scaled up in 2022, we quickly identified a need for flexible duration property management in London and its surrounding areas, especially as rising interest rate mortgages became prevalent. Landlords across the country expressed concern about re-mortgaging and experiencing reduced rental yields, with some even forced to sell.
